| 摘 要： | 食品微生物学实验课教学是食品质量与安全专业教学中的重要的实践课程之一。为达到较好的教学效果，从调整更新教学内容、探讨灵活多样的教学方法及采用多元化实验教学考核方法等方面进行改革，从而达到调动学生主观能动性、培养发散思维和创新精神，提高综合能力的目的。

| Abstract: | Food microbiology experiment is an important practice course for undergraduate specialty of food quality and safety. To achieve good teaching effect, We reformed the adjustment of updating the teaching contents, flexible teaching methods and adopt diversified evaluation system of experimental teaching. And it bad mobilized students＇ subjective initiative and cultivated divergent thinking and innovation spirit, improved the comprehensive ability. |
