摘    要:花生是我国重要的食油兼用作物,黄曲霉及其毒素分布广、危害大,可贯穿田间、储藏、加工、流通多环节,是威胁花生质量安全的主要风险因子之一。土壤黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌是花生感染产毒的主要源头,系统研究花生田间黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌的分布,对开展花生黄曲霉毒素污染预警和绿色防控意义重大。本文重点研究论述了花生田间黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌分布的影响因素和种群生物地理分布特征等,提出了当前土壤黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌分布研究中存在的问题和未来重点研究方向。

Abstract:Peanut is an important oil crop both for oil extraction and direct consumption in China. Aspergillus flavus and produced toxins are widely distributed at the stage of fields, storage, processing and circulation and has been recognized as main risk factors for the quality and safety of peanut. Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus reserved in soil serves as major sources of aflatoxin-producing fungi in peanut. Systematic study on the distribution of Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus in peanut fields is of great significance for early warning and ecological prevention and control of peanut aflatoxin. This paper summarizes the novel research results on the influencing factors and biogeographical distribution of Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus in peanut fields, and puts forward the existing problems and future directions of population biogeographical distribution of Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus in peanut fields.
