| 摘 要： | 金融业的迅速发展对高校金融人才的培养提出了更高要求,传统的金融学教学在人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法等方面已难以满足现代素质教育的需要。根据人才市场的需求,改革《金融学》教学方案和人才培养目标,优化课程结构,进行案例分析和财经热点问题讨论,强化实践教学是关键。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the financial industry put forward higher requirements to the finance education,while the traditional finance education can＇t meet the need of quality education in the training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods and many other aspects.In the process of finance teaching in Xinyang Normal university,according to the requirements of quality education,we reformed the teaching programs and training objectives,optimized the curriculums,using application-oriented teaching methods such as case studies,so greatly improved the teaching effectiveness and quality of personnel training. |
