| 摘 要： | 研究鞣酸相对有机质的换算方法,并进行了鞣酸标准曲线的制作,确定了最大且稳定的吸收波长和氢氧化钠介质浓度及标准溶液的稳定时间,方法简便快捷,灵敏准确,对多个样品进行了此法和国标法结果对照,取得满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The conversion method of Tannin relatively organic matter had been studied , and standard curve of Tannin had been drawn.The stable maximum absorption wavelength , concentration of sodium hydroxide medium and stabilization time of standard solution had been confirmed.The method is simple , rapid , sensitive and accurate.The present method was compared with national standard method to detect several samples , and got the satisfactory results. |
