| 摘 要： | 细胞核储藏有植物体的主要遗传信息。植物细胞核蛋白质组的动态变化直接影响植物基因表达调控,进而调节植物生长发育与环境应答过程。细胞核蛋白质组学研究为解析植物发育与逆境应答的分子机制提供了重要信息。综述了近年来植物细胞核蛋白质组学研究的进展,以促进其进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | The cell nucleus contains the primary genetic information in plants.The dynamics of plant cell nucleus proteome has a direct influence on the regulation of gene expression,which subsequently regulates the processes of plant growth and development,and environmental responses.The plant cell nucleus proteome provides vital information for understanding the plant development and environmental responses.In this paper,an overview of the plant cell nucleus proteomics in recent years was given,so as to promote the further study. |
