猪附红细胞体感染SD大鼠模型的建立和免疫学指标的研究

[目的]建立SD大鼠人工感染猪附红细胞体病动物模型,并检测相关的免疫学指标。[方法]用猪附红细胞体阳性血样,腹腔注射SD大鼠,通过光镜检测和PCR鉴定动物模型的成功建立,并对SD大鼠进行红细胞免疫功能测定、T淋巴细胞百分率检测及淋转试验的检测。[结果]SD大鼠感染猪附红细胞体后CD35明显升高,BBC-C3b和RBC-IC花环率明显降低,外周血ANAT＋T淋巴细胞百分率显著降低,淋巴细胞的转化功能差异不明显。[结论]猪附红细胞体人工感染SD大鼠动物模型成功建立,并可引起SD大鼠红细胞免疫功能下降。

Establishment of SD Mice Model with Mycoplasma suis and Study on Immunology Index
