陕西凤县栽培党参中宏量和微量元素含量测定

摘    要:本实验选用硝酸和高氯酸(4∶1)的混合消化液作为消解剂进行微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定陕西栽培党参中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ca、K、Na、Mg等8种宏量和微量元素的含量,所用方法简便,快捷,重复性好。结果表明,陕西栽培党参中含有丰富的宏量和微量元素,4种宏量元素中,K的含量最高,为8166.7 ug/g,含量高低依次为: K (8166.7 ug/g) >Na (2562 ug/g)>Ca (2455.7 ug/g)> Mg (1762.7 ug/g);在所测的4种微量元素中,其含量依次为:Fe (543.7 ug/g) >Zn (66.3 ug/g) >Mn (16.2 ug/g) >Cu(8.3 ug/g)。此结果为探讨微量元素与党参的药效关系提供了一定的科学数据。

Abstract:The macro-and trace-elements (iron, zinc, copper, Manganese, calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium) in radix codonopsis were determined by FAAS assisted with microwave digestion procedure. The method is simple and convenient and has good repetition. The results showed that: Abundant macro-and trace-elements were detected in radix codonopsis. The contents of the 4 macro - elements were K (8166.7 μg/g) >Na (2562 μg/g)>Ca (2455.7 μg/g)> Mg (1762.7 μg/g). The contents of the 4 trace - elements were Fe (543.7 μg/g) >Zn (66.3 μg/g) >Mn (16.2 μg/g) >Cu (8.3 μg/g). The results will provide scientific datas for discussing the relationship between the contents of these elements in radix codonopsis and the medical effects.
