摘 要: | [目的]对金银花水提液和醇提液的抑菌活性进行研究。[方法]首先用滤纸片法测定了样品对几种受试菌的抑制活性,再采用微量稀释法测定了敏感菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。[结果]金银花水提液对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的M1C为19.25%,MBC为38.50%;对枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC为38.50%。金银花醇提液对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽孢杆菌具有抑制作用,对沙门氏菌的MIC为9.80%,MBC为19.60%;对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC为19.60%,MBC为39.20%;对巨大芽孢杆菌的MIC为19.60%。[结论]金银花水提液和醇提液对部分受试菌具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: | [Objective] Antimicrobial activity of extract by water and alcohol from Lonicera japonica Thunb was investigated.[Method] Firstly,filter paper method was applied to detect inhibitory effect of the samples on tested strains,and then the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were obtained by micro dilution method.[Result] Water extract from Lonicera japonica Thunb inhibited Staphyloccocus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.MIC and MBC on Staphyloccocus aureus was 19.25% and 38.50% respectively,and MIC on Bacillus subtilis was 38.50%.Alcohol extract had some inhibition on Salmonella,Staphyloccocus aureus and Bacillus megaterium.MIC and MBC on Salmonella was 9.80% and 19.60% respectively,MIC and MBC on Staphyloccocus aureus was 19.60% and 39.20% respectively,and MIC on Bacillus megaterium was 19.60%.[Conclusion] Extract by water and alcohol from Lonicera japonica Thunb inhibited some of tested strains obviously. |
