京津冀冬小麦生产技术效率比较分析

【目的】为比较分析京津冀三地冬小麦的生产技术效率,进而为提升京津冀区域间冬小麦生产经营优势互补能力和区域生产效率。【方法】在定性和定量实地调研京津冀冬小麦生产经营情况的基础上,运用数据包络分析法测算冬小麦的生产效率。【结果】不同地区的纯技术效率差异较大且规模效率显著;随着种植成本的提高,农民的种植意愿逐渐下降并导致生产面积和种植质量的降低。【结论】政府在协同发展的基础上,继续提高本区域冬小麦生产要素的科学配置水平和生产技术优势互补的合作与推广力度,为提高京津冀地区口粮生产能力做出贡献。

Comparative analysis on technical efficiency of winter wheat production in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Objective]Through the investigation of winter wheat production in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,we can realized more detailed understanding of the current situation of production efficiency of winter wheat in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for the scientific production mode of winter wheat in Beijing-Technology research and development and promotion as a bedding.Methods]Based on the qualitative and quantitative investigation of winter wheat production and management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the data envelopment analysis method was used to calculate the production efficiency of winter wheat in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Results]The results showed that the pure technical efficiency in different areas have Larger differences and the scale efficiency has significant.With the increase of planting cost,the farmers' planting intention decreased and the production area and planting quality decreased.Conclusion]It is suggested that the governments of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei should continue to improve the scientific disposition level of winter wheat production elements and the complementary technology of production technology,and make contribution to improve the production capacity of grain in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the basis of coordinated development.
