| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术在图书馆领域的广泛应用,其资源建设与用户服务都有了长足进步.各级各类图书馆有必要采用新技术、新理念强化服务,实现传统图书馆向全媒体复合型图书馆的转型.小型图书馆尤其需要全方位开展信息素质教育、最大化利用互联网资源,在现有条件的基础上,用最适合的方法解决服务转型面临的问题,为读者提供高质高效的服务.
