| 摘 要： | 五大发展理念是“十三五”规划的重要指导思想，精准扶贫是推进“十三五”顺利实施、实现全面建成小康社会的关键举措，五大发展理念在精准扶贫中占有重要地位、发挥着重要作用。其中，创新是精准扶贫的不竭动力，协调对精准扶贫提出了现实要求，绿色对精准扶贫进行了远景规划，开放为精准扶贫提供了重要保障，共享构成了精准扶贫的最终归宿。

| Abstract: | Five development concepts is an important leading idea in the 13th Five-Year Plan. The targeted poverty alleviation is an extremely essential measure to prompt the implement of the 13th Five-Year's plan and the achievement of moderately prosperous society in all respects. Thus, the former plays a special role in the latter. In the five development concepts, innovation is an inexhaustible source for the targeted poverty alleviation, coordination requests is turn better, green development sketches a bright picture, opening up provides an important guarantee, as well as sharing constitutes the final destination. |
