枣果实表面积估算模型的研究

摘    要:【目的】果实表面积是发育生理学研究的一个重要特征,同时也是植物病理学研究分析的重要指标。【方法】本试验采用包裹法测定3个不同果形枣品种的表面积,尝试4种测算模型对枣果实表面积进行拟合计算。【结果】基于‘板枣’体积和‘婆婆枣’横径线性回归模型,‘壶瓶枣’质量非线性回归模型更能估测枣果实表面积,回归方程分别为:y=2.9132x+2.7707,r=0.9767;y=2.1551x-22.318,r=0.9887;y=6.1831x0.7321,r=0.9851。

Abstract:Objective]Fruit surface area is an important feature of research in developmental physiology and it is also an important index for pathology analysis.Methods]In this experiment,the surface area of three different fruit jujube cultivars with different fruit shape was determined by wrapping method and four kinds of calculation model of jujube fruit surface area was tried.Results]The results showed that the linear regression model based on volume of ‘Banzao’ and transverse diameter of ‘Popozao’ and the non-linear regression model based on mass of ‘ Hupingzao’ fruit estimate the j ujube fruit surface area more accurate.The regression equations were:y=2.9132x+-2.7707,r=0.9767;y =2.1551x 22.318,r=0.9887;y=6.1831 x0.7321,r =0.9851,respectively.
