胡萝卜甜橙复合饮料的研制

摘    要:以甜橙、胡萝卜为原料,对保健型胡萝卜甜橙复合饮料的配方及稳定性进行了研究,结果表明,其最佳配方为胡萝卜汁25%、鲜橙汁15%、白砂糖8%、柠檬酸0.20%。

Abstract:The formula and stability of sanitary compound beverage of carrot and sweet orange is researched,the result indicates that the best formula was 25% carrot juice,15% sweet orange juice,8% sugar and 0.2% citric acid.
