| 摘 要： | 以甜橙、胡萝卜为原料,对保健型胡萝卜甜橙复合饮料的配方及稳定性进行了研究,结果表明,其最佳配方为胡萝卜汁25%、鲜橙汁15%、白砂糖8%、柠檬酸0.20%。
