| 摘 要： | 道路交通事故黑点的事故诱发原因是多方面的。改造事故黑点必须针对事故诱因选择合理的改造措施。首先分析针对不同黑点路段的常见整改措施，然后利用交通事故原因统计分析数据，结合粗集理论设计确定某一具体路段的事故诱发原因的方法，据此可以帮助公安机关制定出科学合理的整改建议书，指导本地区本部门的黑点路段的治理工作。

| Abstract: | Causes of road traffic accident on sections with black spots were various, which must be focused on to reform accident black spots by selecting reasonable modification measures. Different reform measures in terms of different sections with black spots were analyzed. Then statistical analysis data of causes of traffic accident were used combining with rough set theory design to determine causes of traffic accident on some concrete section. Finally, scientifically rational suggestions could be given to guide control work of sections with black spots. |
