| 摘 要： | 本文对江苏省茶叶企业质量管理现状进行概述,对种植、加工等环节潜在的茶叶质量安全问题进行分析,结合绿色低碳理念,从种植、加工等方面着手,打造“从茶园到茶杯”的全面质量管理体系,提高江苏茶叶产品的质量与安全。

Breif Talk on the Path of Achieving the Total Quality Management System for Jiangsu Modern Tea Industry |

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the current situation of quality management in tea enterprises within Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the potential tea quality and safety problems in the links of planting and processing. Combining with the green and low-carbon concept, to build a total quality management system "from tea garden to tea cup", it can be started to control from planting and processing , in order to improve the quality and safety of tea products in Jiangsu Province. |
