| Abstract: | Helvella pseudolacunosa, taxonomically belong to the phylum Ascomycota, the class Pezizomycetes, the order Pezizales, the family Helvellaceae, the genus Helvella. It is one of the dominant edible fungi species under the forest of Larix principis-rupprechtii in Wutai mountain. It has a large biomass and occurs in summer and autumn. It may form ectomycorrhizal with Larix principis-rupprechtii. The specific correspondence relationship is obvious. Helvella pseudolacunosa is diagnosed by the combination of regularly or irregularly saddle-shaped cap with black or dark grey brown color, the grey whitish robust stalk with ribs and chambers, and the hyaline elliptic ascospores with one large oil drop. |
