Analysis of Bacterial Diversity in Shiroes Soil of Boletus magnificus by High-throughput Sequencing

Abstract:Four shiroes soils were collected to investigate the Boletus magnificus habitat and explore the community diversity,community abundance and composition of the soil bacteria. Bacterial diversity of the four shiroes soils were detected by the high-throughput sequencing detection technique and analyzed by the bioinformatics method. Results showed that all of four bacterial community divided into 30 phyla and 78 genera in shiroes bacteria of Boletus magnificus, in which proteobacteria was the dominant flora with a proportion from 72.13% to 14.70%, and followed by Acidobacteria(62.39%-2.97%), Gemmatimonadetes(5.69%-2.22%) and Firmicutes(1.31%-0.05%). The dominant genera of the bacterial community were Burkholderia, Serratia, Sphingomonas, Bradyrhizobium, Gp1, Gp2, Gemmatimonas and WPS-1 genera incertae sedis. The bacterial diversity maintained considerably high relative abundance and excellent diversity index, while the dominant bacteria in the four soil samples were different relying on its growing environment, related to tree species, soil characteristics and human activities in the sampling environment. But all of them contained Burkholderia, Sphingomonas, Bradyrhizobium and Gemmatimonadetes. This study provides a reference for understanding the habitat of wild Boletus.
