摘    要:水稻稻瘟病和恶苗病是水稻上危害严重的真菌病害,化学防治是主要防治措施之一。为探明24.1%肟菌.异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂(FS)对稻瘟病和恶苗病的防治效果,采用干稻种拌种并晾干后播种的处理方式进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,24.1%肟菌.异噻胺FS 15 mL/kg和25 mL/kg种子对沪软1212苗瘟、叶瘟和穗瘟的防效分别为87.19%、77.64%、45.20%和93.75%、84.75%、58.92%,对沪软1212在苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期的恶苗病防效分别为83.44%、83.89%、84.35%和85.89%、88.26%、88.12%,各处理对水稻种子萌发和成苗安全。24.1%肟菌.异噻胺FS推荐剂量拌种对苗瘟、叶瘟和恶苗病防效较好,对水稻生长安全;研究结果可为稻瘟病和恶苗病综合防治提供理论依据。

Field Control Efficacy of 24.1% Trifloxystrobin.Isotianil FlowableConcentrate for Seed Treatment (FS) to Rice Blast and Rice Bakanae Disease

Abstract:Rice blast and rice bakanae disease (RBD) are serious fungal diseases on rice, and one of the main measures to control these diseases is chemical control. In order to investigate the control efficacy of 24.1% trifloxystrobin.isotianil flowable concentrate for seed treatment (FS) on rice blast and RBD, the field control tests were carried out by the treatment method of dry rice seed dressing and sowing after air-drying. The results showed that the control efficacy of 24.1% trifloxystrobin.isotianil FS 15 mL/kg and 25 mL/kg seed on rice seedling blast, rice leaf blast and rice ear blast of Huruan 1212 were 87.19%, 77.64%, 45.20% and 93.75%, 84.75%, 58.92%, respectively, meanwhile,Sthe control efficacy of RBD on Huruan 1212 at seedling stage, tillering stage and heading stage were 83.44%, 83.89%, 84.35% and 85.89%, 88.26%, 88.12%, respectively, and all treatments were safe to the seed germination and seedling formation of rice. 24.1% trifloxystrobin.isotianil FS recommended dosage of seed dressing provided good control efficacy on rice seedling blast, rice leaf blast and RBD, and which was safe for rice growth. The research results will provide a theoretic and scientific basis for integrated control of rice blast and RBD.
