红托竹荪腐烂病发病部位侵染真菌的研究

摘    要:对红托竹荪(Dictyophora rubrovolvata)腐烂病发病部位感染的真菌菌丝进行分离、纯化、鉴定。结果显示,分离出的12个菌株中,11个属于木霉属(Trichoderma)真菌,1个属于青霉属(Penicillium)真菌,引起红托竹荪腐烂病后期侵染导致二次病害的真菌主要是木霉属真菌,也是腐烂病发生后红托竹荪大面积减产或绝收的主要原因。因此,红托竹荪腐烂病防治措施中需针对木霉属真菌的生长特性,加强对木霉属真菌侵染的防治,降低红托竹荪腐烂病发生后的二次病害。

Abstract:Fungal mycelia were isolated, purified and identified from the pathogenic sites of rotten Dictyophora rubrovolvata, and 12 strains were isolated. The results showed that 11 strains belonged to Trichoderma, and 1 strain belonged to Penicillium. The Trichoderma were the main causes of secondary disease of D. rubrovolvata rot disease. It is also the main reason for the large area of yield reduction or complete failure after the occurrence of rot disease. Therefore, the growth characteristics of Trichoderma should be targeted in the prevention and treatment of the rot disease of D. rubrovolvata, to strengthen the control of Trichoderma infection, and reduce the secondary disease after the occurrence of rot disease in D. rubrovolvata.
