| 摘 要： | 通过对信息资源管理的概念、发展过程的初步认识,论述了档案信息管理的特点及其与信息资源管理的联系,并简述了我国当代档案信息化建设,阐明在档案信息管理中管理意识应推陈出新,与时代同步;管理者的知识结构应不断调整、补充、提高,以达到档案有效利用的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of information resource management' s concept and development course, this paper states the characteristic of file information management and the relationship between the two management forms. It also states the development course of current file information construction in our country. The author insists that managers should innovate conscious to follow the time and their knowledge structure should be adjusted and added to ensure the effective usage of file. |
