| 摘 要： | 采用玉米连作不同年限土壤,并对土壤进行消毒排除土壤生物因子的影响,通过玉米盆栽试验,研究玉米连作对其发芽率及苗期生长的影响情况和对玉米连作障碍的影响因素进行探索.结果表明:玉米连作对其发芽率产生了明显的抑制作用,且随连作年限的增加,抑制作用越明显;玉米连作对其苗期地上及地下部分的生长发育有抑制作用,随连作年限的增加其抑制作用越大;未消毒连作土壤对玉米苗期的生长发育也有抑制作用,且随连作年限的增加抑制作用越明显,说明土传病虫害是影响连作障碍的因素之一;消毒连作土壤对玉米苗期的生长发育有较强的抑制作用,且随连作年限的增加抑制作用越强,表明自毒作用是引起玉米连作障碍的重要因素之一.
