“十三五”安徽农业科技发展战略研究与探讨

"十三五"是我国第一个百年奋斗目标全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段,党的十八大提出实施创新驱动发展战略系列重大思想为新时期农业科技发展指明了方向;同时,未来智能化、绿色化、可持续发展也为新时期农业科技提出了更高要求。文章结合安徽省农业及农业科技发展的实际,针对性分析"十三五"的科技需求,研究并提出了"十三五"安徽农业科技发展战略、重点领域与主要任务,以供同仁商榷。

Research and exploration on development strategy of agricultural science and technology during thirteen five-year plan in Anhui province

Thirteen five-year plan is the decisive period to build up a well-off society of the first hundred-years struggle target in China. The implementation of innovation driven development strategy proposed by the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out the direction of agricultural science and technology development in the new period.At the same time, the future of intelligent, green, sustainable development raised higher requirements for the agricultural science and technology in the new era.In this paper, combining with the actual situation of agriculture and development of agricultural science and technology in Anhui province, the demand of science and technology during thirteen five-year periods was analyzed. Then the strategy, key areas and main tasks for the development of agricultural science and technology were proposed for the further discussions.
