| Abstract: | This paper summarized the main experience and measures to strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological achievements since the "11th Five-Year",analyzed the effectiveness of these measures, and put forward some strategic advice to improve scientific and technological achievement output in the future, such as well organizing major project implementation, strengthening the construction of subject system,and optimizing the plan of scientific and technological achievement, etc. |
