| Abstract: | To organize the personnel cadres to play the mass work law has great significance in the development of scientific and technological innovation project. This paper discussed the innovation work from the aspects of organizational structure innovation, operation mechanism innovation, and talent introduction innovation, etc. it can smoothly and efficiently promote agricultural science and technology innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. |
