齿轮接触疲劳与弯曲疲劳等强度设计及变位系数的优化

摘    要:本文对目前广为使用的齿轮传动设计程序作了两点重要改进:1、按齿面接触疲劳和齿根弯曲疲劳等强度的要求进行设计;2、应用最优化技术,按封闭图自动确定变位系数。改进后的程序功能扩大,设计出的齿轮参数也更为合理。利用最优化技术确定变位系数的方法,还可以应用到其他需计算变位系数的程序中,如变速箱齿轮传动优化设计程序中,因此有其普遍意义。

Abstract:For the driving gear widely used at present, two important improvements have been designed here on the program. These are aimed at the following two aspects. 1, It is so designed as to follow the requirement of the equal strength of contact fatigue of tooth face and flexural fatigue of tooth root; and2, It depends voluntarily on the basic rack displacement factor and is colsely agreed with the limiting chart in the technique of optimization. The function of the program is improved, and the gear parameter designed is fairly rational. Such way of determining basic rack desplacement factor by the technique of optimization can also be well applied to the other program that required the calculation of basic rack displacement factor, namely, plan of optimized pattern on the driving gear of the speed change box. So the design is of feasible significance.
