摘    要:目的解决万寿菊茎叶单独青贮困难的问题。方法以采摘完商业花朵后的万寿菊茎叶为原料,分别添加10%的玉米粉、麦麸、全株玉米及稻草混合青贮,50 d后对万寿菊茎叶青贮的感官品质、木质纤维组分、营养成分及发酵品质进行评价。结果混合青贮均可以提高万寿菊茎叶的感官品质,并以添加玉米粉的万寿菊茎叶青贮感官品质最佳。添加玉米粉的万寿菊茎叶青贮的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素和粗纤维含量显著降低 (P<0.05),且相对饲用价值最高。全株玉米混合青贮的万寿菊茎叶在pH值、有机酸含量和氨态氮/总氮的发酵品质最好。结论实际生产中建议使用玉米粉与万寿菊茎叶混合青贮。

Abstract:PurposeTo solve the problem of separate ensilage of marigold stems and leaves. MethodMarigold stems and leaves after picked the commercial flowers were used for mixed ensilage. 10% maize powder, bran, whole corn and straw were added into the stems and leaves of marigold, respectively. The sensory quality, lignocellulose constituents, nutrition and fermentation quality of the stem and leaf of marigold were evaluated after 50 days ensilage. ResultsAll mixed silage could improve the sensory quality of marigold stem and leaf, and the best sensory quality was the mixed by marigold stem and leaf and maize powder. The contents of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, lignin and crude fiber were significantly reduced (P<0.05) in maize powder mixed with marigold stem and leaf silage, but the relative feeding value was also the highest. While the fermentation quality of marigold stem and leaf mixed with whole corn was the best in pH value, organic acid content, and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen. ConclusionThe mixed silage of maize powder and marigold stem and leaf is recommended for practical production.
