灵芝菌株G9的筛选试验

摘    要:通过对14个灵芝菌株的品比筛选试验,从中选出灵芝子实体转化率及孢子粉多糖含量均较高的菌株G9,该菌株子实体转化率达8.09%,孢子粉多糖含量高达13.7%。

Abstract:The strain G9 was selected from 14 Ganoderma strains according to the high yield of Ganoderma fruitbody and high content of polysaccharide in spores powder.The percentage of fruitbody yield in strain G9 was up to 8.09%,and the percentage of polysaccharide content in spores powder was up to 13.7%.
