摘    要:试验旨在研究窖贮和伸拉膜青贮等不同青贮方式对全株玉米青贮饲料品质的影响,以评定不同青贮方式对全株玉米青贮饲料营养价值的影响。试验分为窖贮组和伸拉膜组。从青贮第3~12个月,每月初采集样品进行发酵品质(pH值、氨态氮、乳酸及乙酸、丙酸、丁酸等挥发性脂肪酸)和饲料营养价值(干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及可溶性碳水化合物)评定,共10次。结果表明:窖贮组和伸拉膜组青贮饲料发酵指标变化基本一致,发酵品质良好,两者在相同时间点上大都差异不大,整体相对来说,伸拉膜组比窖贮组发酵品质好一些;窖贮组和伸拉膜组营养成分含量变化基本一致,相同时间点,两组养分差异不明显,但整体来说,伸拉膜组全株青贮玉米所含养分高于窖贮组。

Effect of different silage methods on fermentation quality and nutritional value of whole-plant corn silage
Abstract:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different silage methods such as cellar silage and stretch film silage on the quality of corn silage, and to evaluate the effect of different silage methods on the nutritional value of whole-plant corn silage. The experiment was divided into cellar storage group and stretch film group. After three months of silage, samples were collected every month to evaluate fermentation quality(pH value, ammonia nitrogen, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid content) and feed nutritional value(dry matter, crude protein, crude ash, neutral washing fiber, acid washing fiber and soluble carbon hydrate) for ten times. The results showed that: the changes of fermentation indexes of silage in the cellar group and the stretch film group were basically the same, and the fermentation quality was well. The differences between the two groups were not significant at the same time point. On the whole, the stretch film group was better than the cellar group in terms of fermentation quality. The changes of nutrient content in the cellar group and the stretch film group were basically the same, but the differences between the two groups were not significant at the same time point, but on the whole, the nutrient content of stretch film group was higher than that of cellar group.
