摘    要:酵母培养物是根据微生物代谢理论以及生物发酵工程技术,在特定工艺条件下采用酵母菌通过液体和固体连续发酵加工而成的含有多种代谢产物成分的发酵产品。酵母培养物可改善饲料适口性和消化率,能够提高采食量,促使动物吸收更多的营养物质,对提高动物生产性能十分有利。文章主要阐述酵母培养物的营养组成、作用功效及其在不同动物养殖中的应用,最后对酵母培养物的发展前景进行展望。以期对酵母培养物在动物健康养殖上的实际应用提供基础参考。

Nutritional efficacy of yeast culture and its application in animal breeding
Abstract:Yeast culture is based on the microbial metabolism theory and biological fermentation engineering technology, under specific technological conditions using yeast through liquid or solid fermentation processing of fermentation products containing a variety of components of metabolic products. Yeast culture can improve the palatability and digestibility of feed, increase feed intake, promote the absorption of more nutrients in the animal, is very beneficial to improve animal production performance. The paper mainly describes the nutritional composition, function and efficacy of yeast culture and its application in different animal breeding. Finally, the development prospect of yeast culture is prospected. In order to provide basic reference for the practical application of yeast culture in healthy animal breeding.
