摘 要: | 试验探索菊芋青贮饲料的制作技术以及品质分析方法,以获得菊芋营养价值的精确数据。对新鲜菊芋植株进行糖分以及常规成分的测定,以决定青贮的制作与混合比例。青贮制作完成后,测定不同比例青贮饲料的常规成分、青贮的发酵指标及品质鉴定,对其进行评分。经过青贮前后的营养价值成分以及发酵指标的测定,得到菊芋苜蓿的混合青贮的pH值、挥发酸等数据,证明菊芋青贮的可行性。成功获得菊芋青贮数据,为研究更多菊芋知识提供数据支撑。

Abstract: | The experiment explored the fabrication technology of Jerusalem artichoke silage and quality analysis method, to obtain accurate data of Jerusalem artichoke nutritional value. The experiment detected sugars and conventional components of the artichoke plants to determine the production and mixing ratio of silage. After silage production was completed, the experiment detected the conventional determination of the composition of different proportion of silage, the fermentation parameters and quality identification of silage and the score. The determination of nutrition composition and silage fermentation indexes before and after silage can abtain pH, volatile acid and other data of mixed silage of Jerusalem artichoke and alfalfa, to prove the feasibility of the Jerusalem artichoke silage. Jerusalem artichoke silage data was obtained successfully to provide data support for more knowledge of Jerusalem artichoke. |
