杂交构树不同部位的营养成分和发酵品质

摘    要:试验旨在探究杂交构树不同部位(构树叶、构树枝和构树枝叶)的营养成分和发酵品质。将杂交构树不同部位厌氧发酵60 d后分析营养成分和发酵品质。结果表明:构树枝的干物质(DM)含量显著高于构树叶和构树枝叶(P<0.05)。构树叶中的粗蛋白质(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)和粗脂肪(EE)含量极显著高于构树枝和构树枝叶(P<0.001),而中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量极显著低于构树枝和构树枝叶(P<0.001)。构树枝的pH值显著低于构树叶和构树枝叶(P<0.05),氨态氮含量极显著低于构树叶和构树枝叶(P<0.001),乳酸含量显著高于构树叶和构树枝叶(P<0.05)。构树叶的乙酸和丙酸含量极显著高于构树枝和构树枝叶(P<0.001)。综上所述,构树叶和构树枝叶具有作为优质蛋白饲料的潜力。

Abstract:The experiment was to evaluate the nutritional composition and fermentation quality of different parts of the hybrid paper mulberry(leaves,stem and whole plant).After 60 days of anaerobic fermentation of different parts of the hybrid paper mulberry,the nutritional composition and fermentation quality were analyzed.The results showed that:the dry matter(DM)content of the stem was significantly higher than that of leaves and whole plant(P<0.05).The contents of crude protein(CP),crude ash(Ash)and crude fat(EE)in the leaves of paper mulberry was extremely higher than those of stem and whole plant(P<0.001),while neutral detergent fibers(NDF)and acid detergent fibers(ADF)contents were extremely lower than that of stem and whole plant(P<0.001).The pH value of the stem was significantly lower than leaves and whole plant(P<0.05),the ammonia nitrogen content was extremely lower than leaves and whole plant(P<0.001),while the content of lactic acid was significantly higher than that of the stem and whole plant(P<0.05).The contents of acetic acid and propionic acid in leaves were extremely higher than stem and whole plant(P<0.001).To sum up,paper mulberry leaves and whole plant of paper mulberry have the potential as high-quality protein feed.
