摘    要:试验研究珍珠龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelus lanceolatus♂×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀)增重率、肌肉氨基酸水平对饲料赖氨酸(Lys)和蛋氨酸(Met)水平的响应,将264尾体重为(92.85±2.02)g的石斑鱼分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复22尾,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C 3组饲喂基础日粮添加1.37%+0.46%、1.71%+0.57%、2.00%+0.69%三个水平的L-Lys+L-Met,试验期67 d。结果表明:与对照组比较,A组增重显著(P<0.05);肌肉氨基酸水平、呈味性均在C组显峰值。因此,石斑鱼增重率、肌肉氨基酸水平与肌肉品质与饲料Lys和Met水平有关,应合理控制饲料Lys和Met水平以取得更佳的养殖效果。

Effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of lysine and methionine on the growth performance and muscle amino acid levels of pearl gentian grouper
Abstract:In the study,the weight gain rate and muscle amino acid level of pearl gentian grouper(Epinephelus lanceolatus♂×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀)were studied in response to feed lysine(Lys)and methionine(Met)levels.264 groupers with the body weight was(92.85±2.02)g were divided into four groups with three repetitions in each group and 22 repetitions in each group.The control group was with basic diet,and the experimental A,B and C groups were fed with basic diet with three levels of L-Lys+L-Met,1.37%+0.46%,1.71%+0.57%and 2.00%+0.69%,had a test period of 67 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,group A gained significant weight gain(P<0.05);muscle amino acid levels and taste were significantly higher in group C.Therefore,the grouper weight gain rate,muscle amino acid level and muscle quality are related to the feed Lys and Met levels,and the feed Lys and Met levels should be reasonably controlled to achieve better breeding results.
