丁酸月桂酸甘油二酯对后备母猪PRRSV驯化效果的影响

试验为探讨丁酸月桂酸甘油二酯对后备母猪PRRSV驯化效果的影响。选取200头蓝耳双阴性(抗原阴性、抗体阴性)50~60 kg后备母猪,随机分成两组。试验组基础日粮中添加3 kg/t丁酸月桂酸甘油二酯,在免疫前14 d开始饲喂,对照组按照基础日粮饲喂。所有后备母猪在试验14 d后免疫PRRSV VR2332株活疫苗,首免后21 d免疫PRRSV CH-1a株灭活疫苗;在免疫PRRSV VR2332株活疫苗后第0、7、14、21、28、35、42、49和56 d血清样本检测PRRSV病原和抗体。结果表明,试验组蓝耳病毒血症持续时间短于对照组,病毒血症水平低于对照组,抗体水平低于对照组。

Effect of survilipos on PRRSV domestication of gilts

The experiment was to investigate the effect of survilipos on PRRSV domestication of gilts.200 PRRSV double-negative(antigen negative,antibody negative)glits of about 50~60 kg were randomly divided into two groups.In the test group,3 kg/t of survilipos was added to the basal diet and fed 14 days before immunization.The control group was fed with basal diet.All the gilts immunized the PRRSV VR2332 live vaccine on day 14.Immunization with PRRSV CH-1a strain inactivated vaccine for 21 days after the first immunization.The pathogen and antibody of PRRSV were detected by serum samples at 0,7,14,21,28,35,42,49 and 56 d after immunization with PRRSV 2332 live vaccine.The results showed that the duration of PRRSV viremia in the text group was shorter than that in control group,the viremia level was lower than that in the control group,and the antibody level was lower than that in control group.
