| 摘 要： | 分工是提高劳动生产力的强大推动力。但要获取分工利益至少必须具备两个前提条件 :一是要有一定的市场范围 ;二是必须具有分工之间的良好协作。而农业产业化一经提出之后 ,人们更多注意的是分工利益的存在 ,但对分工利益的实现缺乏认真的思考。

| Abstract: | Division is a strong impetus to labour productivity.The two priorities are the key to get the benifit from the division:first is a certain market;second is a good coordination.The people have payed much attention to the profit itself other then its sources which has led the err on the theory and the dissatisf action of the agriculture industrialization.To resolve this problem,we must put it right theoretically to go forward smoothly. |
