玉米秸秆堆肥处理对芥菜品质及土壤肥力的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了玉米秸秆堆肥对芥菜品质和土壤肥力的影响.结果表明:与不施肥处理和单施化肥处理相比,施用堆肥能够提高芥菜生物量,显著提高根系活力;施用堆肥可提高芥菜可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量,改善品质,但可溶性糖含量比不施肥处理有所降低;同时,施用堆肥能够显著改善土壤肥力水平,为农业持续稳产、增产提供保障.

Abstract:A pot experiment planted with mustard was conducted for investigating the impact of compost,made from corn straw,on quality of mustard and soil fertility.Results showed that compost application could increase the biomass,root activity and quality of mustard.Compost application could improve the soluble protein and VC content except the soluble sugar.Furthermore,compost could improve the soil fertility significantly and supply guarantee for sustaining agricultrue.
