共耐性植物李氏禾繁殖特性的研究

摘    要:李氏禾具有忍耐淹水和干旱的共耐性特点。通过对李氏禾地下茎的萌芽特性、不同年份建立的无性系种群分蘖动态和种子萌发特性的研究,分析了李氏禾适应特定生境的生长繁殖特性。结果显示:李氏禾地下茎的萌芽能力强,平均萌芽率高达80.0%以上;不同年份无性系种群的分蘖株长度差异显著(P〈0.05),建植3年和2年的无性系种群的分蘖株株数显著高于建植1年的;未经处理的李氏禾种子生活力可达69.5%,但是种子萌发率低,一般仅为3.8%。无性繁殖是李氏禾获得子代的主要途径,也可作为其人工繁殖和利用的有效手段。

Abstract:Leersia hexandra is a kind of waterlogged tolerant and drought tolerant species.To make clear its reproductive characteristics adapting to resident environment,its rhizome germination,seed germination and tillering dynamics of clone population established in different years were studied.The results showed that its ability of rhizome germination was strong,and the average germination rate was over 80.0%.There were significant differences among the tiller heights of different colone population constituted in ...
