摘    要:剑麻是我国热区最重要的麻类经济作物.H.11648是目前唯一的当家品种,该品种虽然高产,但易感由烟草疫霉引起的斑马纹病,而现有的化学农药防效又不理想,因此急需培育出抗病剑麻新品种.本文回顾了国内外剑麻育种的方法及成就,指出了传统育种方法的不足,提出了今后抗病育种的方向,重点阐述了用转基因手段培育抗病剑麻新品种宜采用的策略.

Abstract:Sisal is an important economic crop in Chinese tropical regions.H.11648 is the only master species.But it is susceptible to Phytophthora nicotianae,and the control effect of chemical fungicide is very poor.Thus,it is very urgent to breed new varieties which can resist Phytophthora nicotianae.This paper summarized the method and achievements of breeding in the world,and pointed out the shortcomings of traditional breeding methods and a means of transgenic technology for cultivating resistant sisal.
