橡胶树工厂化繁育技术优化与改进

对橡胶树良种苗木工厂化繁育过程中的育苗容器规格、定植密度、芽条增殖方式、籽苗芽接苗抽芽促进技术以及苗木抚管等方面进行了研究。结果表明:直径7.5cm,高30cm的半硬质塑料杯是最好的育苗容器;苗木定植密度以计划密植较好;小型绿色芽条批量化增殖技术是工厂化育苗最适应的芽条增殖方式;使用化合物A100mg/L+6-BA40mg/L+GA310mg/L涂抹芽片,可有效促进抽芽;使用0.2%螯合铁灌根1-3次,可以解决橡胶树工厂化繁育过程中普遍出现的苗木缺铁黄化问题。经过优化与改进,橡胶树工厂化繁育技术的规范性、可操作性和稳定性均得到了提高。

Optimization and Improvement of Rubber Tree Breeding Technology
