摘    要:以山薯无菌组培苗茎段为试验材料,研究不同蔗糖浓度对山薯组培苗形态发生途径的影响。结果表明,较低蔗糖浓度(87.7 mmol/L)促进山薯组培苗增殖及试管薯的发生,较高蔗糖浓度(233.9 mmol/L)促进山薯试管零余子的形成及不定根的发生;蔗糖浓度的大小对山薯组培苗形态发生途径的影响是通过提供代谢底物和参与调节培养基溶液渗透压共同作用来实现,且碳源底物与培养基溶液渗透压对山薯组培苗形态发生途径的影响具有一定的阀值效应。

Abstract:Taken D.fordii in vitro plantlets as the explant materials,the effects of different sucrose concentrations on the growth of D.fordii plantlets were carried out.The results showed that lower concentration of sucrose(87.7 mmol/L)favored the proliferation and the formation of microtubers;higher concentration of sucrose(233.9 mmol/L)promoted the formation of in vitro bulbils and the adventitious roots.Both carbon supply and osmolarity of the medium had effects on the growth of D.fordii plantlets,and it appeared...
