| 摘 要： | 使用6-BA和GA3处理对春石斛2个品种进行催花试验。结果表明,6-BA处理对春石斛催花效果较好,其中浓度为400 mg/L的处理效果最好,植株的花芽分化时间比对照提早12d,花芽节数和开花数量也明显增加。使用GA3处理或6-BA与GA3混合处理,会降低植株的成花率、减少开花数量以及缩短花期。

| Abstract: | A study on flower induction for two types of Dendrobium Nobile-Typ Using 6-BA and GA3 was undertaken and the results indicate that 6-BA treatment had the best effect on flower induction on Nobile-Typ Dendrobium,especially when the concentration was 400 mg/L.The plant bud differentiation was 12 days earlier than the contrast and the bud session quantity and flower quantity were obviously increased.While treatments using GA3 or 6-BA combined with GA3 would reduce plant flowering rate and flowering number,shor... |
