摘    要:首先介绍了串联谐振变换器、并联谐振变换器、串并联谐振变换器和多器件谐振变换器4种谐振变换器,并简要分析了各自的优缺点,同时通过大量的文献概述了当前该领域的研究现状.在此基础上,针对高增益模块的中压应用,提出了一种结构可重构控制的三电平串并联谐振变换器.与传统谐振变换器相比,该变换器具有2种工作配置,既能满足较宽的输出范围,又能将开关频率范围缩小到接近谐振频率的范围.由于TL结构使一次侧关的电压应力降低了一半,从而有利于降低变换器的成本,在较宽的输出范围内,可以提高其效率.分析了该变换器的工作原理、特点和性能,通过仿真结果验证了该变换器的有效性.

Abstract:In this article,four types of resonant converters were introduced firstly,which are series resonant converter,parallel resonant converter,series-parallel resonant converter and multi-component resonant converter.Then their merits and demerits were discussed briefly.In the meantime,the recent research status was outlined through many related papers.On this basis,a three-level (TL) series-parallel resonant converter with a structure reconfigurable control was proposed for medium voltage application with high-gain modular.Compared with the traditional resonant converter,the proposed converter has two operation configurations,which can not only satisfy the wide output range,but also shrink the switching frequency range close to the resonant frequency.And the voltage stress of primary side switch can be reduced by half thanks to the TL structure,which is beneficial to reduce the cost.Consequently,the efficiency over the wide output range can be improved.The operation principle,characteristics,and performances of the proposed converter were analyzed.Finally,the simulation results were presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
