蕃拉芦荟水溶性多糖的分离与鉴定

摘    要:以蕃拉芦荟( Aloe barbadensis Miller)为材料,从中分离出3种多糖PAB1、PAB2和PAB3。PAB1的总糖含量和糖醛酸含量分别为78.57%和14.59%;PAB2的分别为88.72%和6.90%;PAB3的分别为50.23%和10.9%,蛋白质含量为28.81%。红外光谱、气相色谱、酶水解等测定结果表明,PAB1为葡萄聚糖,PAB2为葡萄甘露聚糖,PAB3是一种含有甘露糖的糖蛋白。

Abstract:Three kinds of polysaccharides, PAB1, PAB2 and PAB3,were extracted from Aloe barbadensis Miller. The purity of PAB1, PAB2 and PAB3 was 78.57 %,88.72 %, 50.23 %, and the content of glucuronic acid was 14.59 %, 6.90 % and 10.9% respectively. PAB3 was a glycoprotein with 28.81 % of protein. The result indicated that there might be no linear chain of a but B among the polysaccharides after enzymolysis. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that all had typical absorption peaks of polysaccharide and acetyl. These showed that the three polysaccharides were partially acetylated B pyrone acid het- eropolysaccharides. Gas chromatography analyses revealed that PAB1 was composed of glucose, PAB2 of glucose and mannose, and PAB3 of mannose.
