犬尿石症的病因与防治

目的]探讨犬尿石症的病因与防治措施。方法]通过两年临床研究,对16例犬的尿石症诊断方法、治疗技术和发病原因进行探讨。结果]尿石症是尿路中盐类结晶的凝结物,刺激尿路粘膜而引起的出血性炎症或尿路阻塞性疾病;诊治犬尿石症16例,其中10例为膀胱结石,6例为膀胱与尿道混合结石,患犬年龄均在3~10岁之间,依据尿结石大小与部位不同,采取中西药结合和通过手术治疗。结论]该文为犬尿石症的防治措施提供了依据。

Etiological Analysis and Control of the Canine Urolithiasis

The objective of this study is to explore the etiological and control measures in canine urolithiasis.Through two years of clinic research,the authors have explored the diagnostic method,treatment techniques and etiological reason of canine urolithiasis.Urolithiasis is a disease caused by salt crystallization in the urinary tract,which stimulates Hemorrhagic inflammation of the urinary tract mucosa and urinary tract obstruction.In the 16 cases of canine urolithiasis,10 were bladder calculi and six were mixed calculi of bladder and urinary tract.The diseased dogs were at the age of 3～10 years.This study has provided basis for the control measures to prevent canine urolithiasis.
