| 摘 要： | 对枣树离体培养的研究现状进行了综述，包括器官培养；愈伤组织培养；花药培养；胚、胚乳培养；细胞培养；原生质体培养等。到目前为止，已有20多个枣品种以不同类型的外植体建立了无菌离体繁殖体系。然而枣树离体培养方面也存在着一定的问题，本文针对这些问题提出了自己的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the advance of micropagation in Chinese jujube,including culture of shoot tip,stem,segment,bud,embryo,endosperm,cell and protoplast,are reviewed. Up to now,over 20 seedlings of Chinese Jujube have successfully been cultivated in vitro.According to the latest achievements and problem in this field,the authors point out the main aspects needed to be further studied. |
