好氧反硝化菌筛选方法的研究进展

摘    要:好氧反硝化菌是一类可利用好氧反硝化酶,在有氧条件下进行反硝化作用的细菌。与传统的细菌缺氧反硝化脱氮相比,利用好氧反硝化菌发展好氧脱氮技术具有独特优势。笔者就好氧反硝化菌间歇曝气法、酸碱指示剂法、呼吸抑制剂法、选择性培养基法、滴加试剂法、极限稀释法和综合筛选法等筛选方法及其机理,进行了系统综述,并对其未来的研究趋势进行了展望。

Research Progress of Screening Methods for Aerobic Denitrifiers

Abstract:Aerobic denitrifiers are a class of denitrifying bacteria which denitrify with aerobic denitrification enzymes under aerobic condition. Compared with the denitrification of traditional bacteria under anoxic condition, the aerobic denitrification technology with aerobic denitrifiers has its unique advantages. The authors reviewed the methods and mechanisms for screening aerobic denitrifiers, including intermittent aeration, acid-base indicator, respiration inhibition, selected culture, dropping reagent, limiting dilution and integrated screening, the further importance of research and trends of development were also forecasted.
