摘    要:以吉林17,吉林27,吉林28和吉林29共4种大豆基因型胚尖为外植体诱导丛生芽,研究了不同浓度的六苄基嘌呤(6-BA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对胚尖再生率的影响.结果表明:不同基因型大豆在不同激素浓度配比下再生率存在明显差异.吉林28和吉林29更适合大豆胚尖再生系统,其最佳激素配比均为2.0 mg·L-16-BA +0.2 mg·L-1IBA,再生率为分别达78.17%和80.04%.

Abstract:The embryonic tips of four soybean genotypes,including Jilin17,Jilin27,Jilin 28 and Jilin 29,were used as explants to study the effect of different 6-BA and IBA concentration on regeneration rates of embryonic tips.Results showed that generation rate obviously different among four genotypes,Jilin 28 and Jilin 29 were appropriate for embryonic tips system.The best proportion of 6-BA/IBA for Jilin 28 and Jilin 29 was both 2.0 mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1IBA,and the regeneration rate reached 78.17% and 80.04%,respectively.
