摘    要:目前两系杂交稻制种过程中,制种母本受到低于23.5℃(育性转换临界温度)的低温影响,即会出现不育特性向可育方向波动,给两系制种持续高纯度、高产量生产造成极大威胁。使用化学杀雄方法,对两系母本的育性波动进行挽救性处理,可确保制种生产实现"双高"。在不育性能尚未有效把握以前,化学杀雄方法是抵御制种风险唯一可选的可靠做法。

The Seed Production Techniques on "Two-Line" Hybrid Rice Gating High Purity and High Yield Continuously

Abstract:So far in the seed-production of Two-Line Hybrid Rice,high purity and high production is threatened by the reality that the fertility fluctuating of female parent will change when the temperature is lower then the critical temperature of the Fertility conversion.Chemical Hybridizing can reverse the fertility fluctuating of female parent so that the high purity and high production of the seeds is guaranteed.So Chemical Hybridizing is the only and good way to resist the risk.
