农村新型合作医疗措施研究

新型农村合作医疗制度是相对于传统合作医疗制度而言的,他是由政府组织、引导、支持,农民自愿参加,政府、个人和集体多方筹资,以大病统筹为主的农民医疗互助共济制度。认真研究解决好新型农村合作医疗制度建设问题,对于保障农民的健康、解决农民因病致贫和因病返贫问题,进而促进社会的和谐与稳定具有重要的意义。针对新型农村合作医疗建设中存在的问题,提出了完善我国新型农村合作医疗制度的措施。
