氮源对构菌深层培养的影响

摘    要:利用不同氮源对构菌Fv7832菌株进行:深层培养,结果表明;有机氮源优于无机氮源,以酵母粉作氮源其菌丝及发酵液多糖收率均高。因而对酵母粉作氮源深层培养的不同条件作了比较,同时检测了该菌株深层培养产物的酯酶同工酶。也对接种量、培养时间和产物收率之间的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:The submerged culture of Elammulina uelutipes7832 strain with differentnitrogen sources was studied.The results showed that the organic nitrogen sources werebetter tban the inorganic nitrogen sources.The yeast polyder used as a nitrogen sourceobtained high yield of the mycelia and polysaccharide in the culture filtrate.Thereforedifferent conditions in the submerged culture with yeast powder were cotnpared.The esterase isoenzyme of its Produets was examined at the same time.The correlations amongthe inoculum quantity,culture period and its productivity were also discussed.
