摘    要:粉煤灰水泥刨花板是一种符合墙体材料发展方向的新型建筑材料,在预备性实验基础上,采用二次正交旋转组合设计对粉煤灰水泥刨花板进行工艺试验,结果表明,在实验设计取值范围内,板密度,水灰比及水玻璃(Na2SiO3)用量对板性能(MOR,MOE,IB)影响显著,灰木比对吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)影响特别显著。

Abstract:Fly-ash cement particleboard is a kind of new construction material. It conforms to the tendency of development of new wall material. Technological experiment of fly-ash cement particleboard was processed with the mathematical model of "Quadratic Orthogonal Rotational Combination Design", based on the preliminary experiment. The results showed: in the numeral range of experiment design, the effects of the density of board, the ratio of water/(fly-ash+cement) and amount of Na2SiO3 on board properties (MOR, MOE, IB) were significant, the effect of the ratio of (fly-ash + cement)/wood on TS (Rate of swelling thickness) of board was ultrs significant.
